Awesome family-owned Colombian restaurant. Food was excellent as was the service. The place was packed. Prices were reasonable. Great fruit shakes and bakery items. The ladies' bathroom needed repairs.
My husband and I went there for the first time and their food was amazingly delicious. It was well seasoned and just right. We look forward to returning soon. I do recommend this place to anyone.
Great place. I have no complaints at all. They have a great balance of quality and quantityof food and, always with a smile. Super friendly and kind hearted staff. They have one of the best empanadas I have had. Much better food than the one I had in Bogota!
Their food was sooooo good, I forgot to take pictures of the Carne de Res (Skirt Steak). Next time I go, hopefully soon, I will take more pictures!
Great spot. My wife and I had the bandeja paisa. Very fresh and full of flavor. Great portions, took half of it home. My son had the burger and the lentil soup, both of which he loved and had enough to take home as well.
Update: Great spot for lunch , they usually have a daily special with soup and a Dish (sopa y seco)for below $10. you get also get your typical Colombian plates ( bandeja paisa, arepa , empanadas, buñuelos, etc) Food is good , service is good.
My lady took me here, it was our first time and I was amazed at the amount of food I got. It took some time for our food to get from kitchen to the table, but probably because each meal is made to order is my guess. The food was hot. Aplus in my book. I had empanadas for appetizers and who knew they made them with corn meal. I'm from Puerto Rico so they are made different. And my meal was white rice and beans with fried yuca and a big piece of breaded fish. She had white rice and beans steak with a grilled chicken and Amarillo's. I will be coming back again.
La Paisita is great! Awesome, authentic food served in large portions and a great value. The baked good should not be overlooked as starters as well as all varieties of their arepas. I only wish they stayed open a little later but for a great lunch or an early dinner I highly recommend trying La Paisita!
We were very excited to find this place on our way going back home to orlando. We came inside and no one acknowledge us. We sat on the table waiting for someone to say welcome in would you like some water nothing. We just sat there while they walked by us over and over. To me that's not a good sign so we just left.
